Max Meditation is a creative blend of ancient and modern meditation techniques, designed so that brand new meditators (like me, when I started) and the Dalai Lama himself can have a 'successful' experience. I love these sessions as a regular check in with you, and a perfect way to start the week off on the right foot.
Warning ⚠️: This is not your average meditation! You will be infused with light energy channeled from me to you for an hour straight, and the benefits continue after the meditation itself. Consider yourself warned.
